Boluwatife T. Makinde is a Brand Strategist and Operations Consultant with a growing focus on strategy and operations consulting, known for combining structured thinking with a clear understanding of execution.
Alongside founding Bloom, she has held and continues to hold several leadership and representative roles across the University of Greenwich. She previously served as Outreach Officer for The 93% Club and will step into the role of Vice President for the 2026/27 academic year. She is also an incoming Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the African & Caribbean Society, further extending her work within representation and student leadership.
Her involvement at an institutional level includes serving as a Student Representative at the University of Greenwich and contributing to the 2025/26 Students of Colour Liberation Association.
She was selected as one of 50 students for the GLOW (Greenwich Leadership Opportunities for Women) Cohort, a programme recognising leadership potential across the university. Her work has also been featured across the University of Greenwich through student forums, open day platforms, and multiple campaign videos for Greenwich Business School.
Her experience is grounded in building and organising initiatives, events, and communities with a focus on structure, clarity, and long-term value.
Her approach to leadership is deliberate. She focuses on building with intention, executing with precision, and creating spaces that extend beyond visibility into impact.
